Can my dog play with other dogs?

Yes, your pet can play with other dogs in our Doggy Day Care. We offer full day and half day doggie daycare Monday through Friday. Dogs must be pre-approved before being during doggie daycare.

My dog doesn't get along with other dogs can he still get some exercise?

Yes, we offer individual exercise programs where your dog will spend time with an employee in our play area.

May I bring treats for my pet?

Yes you may bring treats for your pet & we will give accordingly to your instructions. We cannot give real bones with meat on them.

I brought rawhides/treats for my pet & some got returned. Why?

Our employees will give your pet rawhides & treats as provided by you. Some pets will not eat their rawhides or treats because there are so many other interests to occupy their time such as their neighboring dogs, our employees walkng through, misc. noises & playtimes.

My pet likes to have toys with them. Can they have their favorite toys while boarding at Petopia?

Your pets may have one or two toys to play with in their room during their stay. If you bring toys from home, be sure to mark them with permanent ink with your last name. Your pets' toys will stay with them in their rooms & we do our best to return all toys. Occasionally, a toy may be lost during a playtime or cleaning.

How should I package my pets food?

We serve breakfast, lunch & dinner that you provide for the duration of your pet's stay. Please pack dry food in meal-sized portions in zip lock bags. If you prefer, we also offer dry house food for a nominal fee.We can accommodate any diet you provide.

Should we bring our pets food bowl & water bowl?

Petopia will provide food and water bowls for your pet.

Should we bring our dogs bedding?

Yes you may bring clean bedding for your pet or we can provide bedding for a small fee.
